There he focused on representing employers in litigation and was a member of the firm’s Class Action and Complex Litigation practice group. He regularly represents businesses in multi-plaintiff and procedurally complex litigation as well as defending companies in EEOC claims. In addition to litigation, Jesse provides advice and counseling to businesses on compliance with federal, state, and municipal laws governing employment relationships. In 2019, Jesse cofounded the technology company powering Spire Law which was accepted to Y Combinator and founded Spire Law.
